Description

A fantastic antique early 20th Century hand-painted Rose Medallion plate with raised rims. In traditional fashion, it is hand decorated with four panels; two are figural and two have birds and flowers, as well as a center medallion. Finished off with red trims. The colors have been preserved beautifully and are still bright and vivid.
