Stunning 1970s square coffee table by Maison Charles.
A chic coffee table with four bronze “flying horse of Gansu” horses. Two glass table tops approximately 1 cm thick, very high-quality finish. Every horse is perched atop a soaring swallow.
Copper pipes that are square in shape link the corners. A stunning layer of slick black lacquer covers the block plints boards.
The 120 x 120 cm huge table top is supported by the heads of the horses.
The horses’ tails hold up a smaller tabletop that is 60 by 60 cm.
In excellent condition.
