Terracotta water pot from the Mixteca region of Oaxaca, Mexico, circa 1940´s. The shape is characteristic of pottery in the area. The jar has acquired a nice grey / greenish patina through time.

Condition:FairWear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. There are 2 original repairs in this piece. A small 3/8″ repair which has been filled with mud cement and another larger 2″ repair which has been filled using a circular cut piece of wood.
